Hello and Greetings Everyone! The Professional Recognition Evening for the Association for the Education of Young Children was last night at the Pinnacle in Maumee, Ohio. It was a great night of entertainment, culinary arts, tributes and awards. I am very happy to inform you that I was the recipient of the Outstanding Educator in Enrichment Award. It was a surprise to the last minute because only the committe members new of the winners. I was rather nervous and surprised. Winners were finally able to see what the criteria was by being able to hear for the first time the letter of nomination read by the person that nominated them. I was nominated for my outstanding work in teaching music and Native American Culture. I am very appreciative and thank all for their support.
