Tried to get this out but those darn computers! Well, while posting the two replies about the bad communication that I have received via the Tribal Government, I actual got a hold of Jimmy Goins. We talked and he assured me that things are just as we all figured - rough and hard, just like any Governemt and any Tribal Governemt. He also mentioned that it is going to take some hard work and some time to heal any wounds and time to get back into a groove of order and true government. I have to say that I was thrilled to hear this; meaing I was thrilled to get a reponse and see that things are being worked on. Not thrilled that the "rumors" are true and things are not great - but thrilled that things are to get better and things are to be moving along with time. In my travels all over the Country I have seen many problems with many Tribal Governemts and I can say that we are not alone by any means. We MUST get our act together and make sure that we move forward unlike many Tribes that are still stuck in limbo after years and years! I for one will not let down and continue to phone, e-mail, and write just as I do with our State and U.S. Officials - something we all should do.
