Your title name suits you to the letter. Stone Cold. That's about how close you are to knowing what you're talking about. The white you speak of was a grantwriter who wrote the first grants funded to the new Lumbee Tribe, and for the most part, her grants are what have initially funded most of the present programs. I know, I helped her write some of those grants, and she is worth every cent she got! Alot of us forget that in the business of seeking funding the only color you should be concerned with is GREEN!
