Dr. Woods- I went back and reread the August 03 minutes and cannot find in the minutes where they discussed the procurement of the 30 mobile homes. Can you double check those minutes and let me know on what page you found your information? I did read their discussion of the time frame for bidding but nothing on the mobile homes. Thanks.
